Our branded products are manufactured under license by selected, highly qualified production companies in accordance with our design and quality specifications. We grant a 5-year guarantee on our models, which is explained in detail in the Musterring furniture quality passport.

5-year guarantee on your Musterring furniture
As a first-time buyer of our branded products, you receive a 5-year guarantee from licensed Musterring retail partners. It covers the material and surface quality, functional safety and professional workmanship of all models - in accordance with the RAL-GZ 430 quality and testing regulations of the DGM (Deutsche Gütegemeinschaft Möbel e. V.).
The guarantee includes the statutory warranty of two years. Very important: It only applies to new goods, is not transferable and extends to the geographical area of validity of the law applicable at the time the purchase contract is concluded.
A claim outside this area of validity is excluded.
For commercial goods such as built-in sinks, mixer taps, kitchen accessories or electric motors, the statutory warranty or guarantee of the respective manufacturer applies. Cover materials are generally excluded from the guarantee, in a few cases "special guarantee provisions" of the respective manufacturer apply. Statutory warranty claims such as supplementary performance, withdrawal or compensation are not affected by this guarantee.

This is where they gave you the product information, the furniture quality pass and your purchase contract, and where they also have all the data and details relevant to the contract.
